VIPER is run by Viper Strategies. This page describes exactly what the website stores, who it is shared with, and how to have it removed. It is written from what the software actually does, not from a template. Questions or requests: support@viperstrategies.net.

There is no cookie banner here because there is nothing to consent to. The site sets no cookies, and stores nothing in your browser's local storage. Our analytics is cookieless and cannot identify you or follow you to other sites.
The one exception is outside our control: if you go through checkout, Stripe or PayPal may set cookies on their own pages, under their own policies, once you leave viperstrategies.net.
If you enter your email in the signup box at the top of any page, we store that address together with a record of your consent. The consent record exists so we can demonstrate, if we are ever asked, that you agreed to hear from us and what exactly you agreed to.
The IP address and user-agent are part of the consent record, not a tracking profile. They are not used to identify you, build a profile, or target advertising.
At present, nothing — no marketing email has been sent. Addresses are being collected so we can tell you about new releases, early access, and subscriber offers. When we do start sending, every message will carry a working unsubscribe link, and we may move the list to an email provider to send it. Signing up never creates an account and never sends you a password.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It is cookieless: it does not store anything on your device, does not assign you an identifier, and cannot follow you across other websites. We use it to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and which sites send traffic our way.
It reports aggregate figures only — page addresses, referring sites, country, browser and device type, and page-loading performance. We cannot see individual visitors in it, and it is not linked to your email address, your account, or your purchases.
Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. Card details are entered on their systems, never ours — we do not see, receive, or store your full card number.
Buying VIPER creates an account for you so the applications can verify your licence. If the account is new, a password is generated and sent to you once, in your welcome email.
Buying does not add you to the newsletter. A purchase email is used to deliver what you paid for; it is not treated as marketing consent.
After a purchase we send a welcome or confirmation email containing your account details and download links. These are sent through our mail provider, IONOS, from support@viperstrategies.net, and a copy goes to our own support mailbox so we can help if something goes wrong with your order.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. It is handled by these providers, each only for the job described:
Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Purchase and account records are kept while your account exists, and for as long as we need them for accounting and tax obligations.
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email support@viperstrategies.net and we will action it.
When you ask for a newsletter record to be deleted, we delete the record itself — including the IP address and user-agent — rather than merely marking it inactive. Note that deleting a purchase or account record may end your access to the software, and we may need to keep basic transaction details to meet accounting obligations.
VIPER is for adults only. The site and software are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from under-18s.
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. If we ever change what we do with newsletter addresses in a way that goes beyond what you agreed to, we will ask you again rather than rely on the original consent.
VIPER is strategy and analysis software. It does not guarantee winnings, and no betting system overcomes the house edge. Only play with money you can afford to lose. 18+ only. If gambling stops feeling like a game, seek help at begambleaware.org.
